Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at Team@modaluxi.com. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or faulty from our side.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-14 days.
